For every new client
referred to Resolv by you or your company, we will pay
you a percentage of every payment that Resolv receives
from that referred customer. You can choose one of the
following referral options:
1
Year Referral – You will receive 3% (excluding
sales tax and Sage Maintenance and support) of
every payment we collect from the referred customer
for a period of 365 days, starting on the date the new
customer makes their first payment to Resolv. You will
receive payment on a quarterly basis.
Infinite
Referral - You will receive 1.5% (excluding sales
tax and Sage Maintenance and support) of every payment
we collect from the referred customer for the entire
time the referred customer does business with Resolv
or until the ownership status of Resolv changes. You
will receive payment on a quarterly basis.
All
you have to do is fill out the Online
Customer Referral form for any business you
would like to refer to Resolv for our services. Resolv
anticipates that you have discussed our services with
the customer being referred, prior to the referral
being sent to Resolv.
Once
we have confirmed that the new customer is interested
in doing business with Resolv, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail of your referral status.

Note
- Any referrals that result in a sale within 30 days
of the referral will receive an extra 2% on all
payments received within the first year only from the
