KnowledgeSync Training

Whether you already have KnowledgeSync and are looking to get more out of it, or are implementing it for the first time, you can hit the ground running with two days of intense KnowledgeSync Training.  This hands-on training looks at everything KnowledgeSync from a brief review of installation through the usage of KnowledgeSync utilities.

Training Options:
Plan 1:  Two day training

We offer two day group classes, or we can come to your location and perform this training.  All trainings include training manuals, and the group classes include a continental breakfast and lunch each day.

Plan 2:  Two day training plus an additional work day

This plan includes everything in Plan 1 plus an additional day to allow you time to implement your events and alerts.  Since this is done following training, all will be fresh in your mind, and you will have the assistance of the instructor to aid you when you encounter difficulties.

Plan 3:  Two day training plus 45 days of support

This plan includes everything in Plan 2 plus 45 days of post training support for events and alerts.

Group training dates and locations vary.  Group training rates are per user, for multiple users, call for a quote.

Onsite training includes all travel fees (in continental United States).  There may be an additional fee for itinerary changes and/or cancellations.  Onsite training can be for up to 8 users.

Sage SalesLogix Administrator Training

This course is designed to provide the skills necessary to perform SalesLogix system administration functions. During this two day course you will learn how to configure the SalesLogix components, add users and teams, modify user security, import data, perform data maintenance, and build advanced group.

You will also learn how to install the Remote Client, configure synchronization, create and attach a remote database and use subscription rules. Basic customizing of SalesLogix is also covered.
